Everyone was very attentive from the reception ship, Nurse Brett, and the Nurse that saw my son. Very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

The provider is great. The health system is terrible. Unable, on multiple occasions, to get a same day sick appointment, unable to speak to office staff, horrible phone process system to make an appointment and several times not even called back when I left a message. The doctors are fantastic but the system is horrible which is why we are changing health systems and leaving Cooper.

During our first visit, our provider was able to point out an issue with my son's jaw almost immediately, which was never told to us in the hospital after his birth, and that brought us great comfort. She also gave us information on how to help feed him and also encourage me to continue with my breast-feeding journey.

I've been going to Sewell Pediatrics for five years now and I never had a hard time with any of the doctors or nurses. They always call me back when they are available. They tell me what time they will call me back and I never had any problems with Sewell.
